About Our Products
What material are your products made from?
All Cubiko products are 3D printed using premium PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based, biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like cornstarch. PLA is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and produces a beautiful matte finish.
Are 3D-printed products durable enough for everyday use?
Absolutely! Our products are designed and printed with optimized infill patterns and wall thickness to ensure they withstand daily use. PLA is a rigid material with excellent structural integrity for decorative and functional items.
Are your products food-safe?
While PLA itself is derived from food-grade materials, we do not recommend using our products for direct food contact. The 3D printing process creates micro-layers where bacteria can accumulate. Our products are best suited for decorative and organizational purposes.
Can I use your planters with real plants and water?
Yes! Our planters are designed with drainage holes and are water-resistant. However, we recommend using a plastic liner or saucer inside for extended water exposure, as prolonged moisture contact can affect PLA over time.
Are the layer lines visible on the surface?
PLA colours are highly stable indoors. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure, which can cause gradual fading over months. For outdoor use, keep products in shaded areas.
Will the colour fade over time?
Our products feature a signature layered texture that is part of the 3D-printed aesthetic. We optimize print settings to create smooth, consistent layers that add character and a modern, tactile feel to each piece.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes, PLA is non-toxic and safe. However, small accessories should be kept away from very young children as they may pose a choking hazard. Our products have no sharp edges.
How do I clean my Cubiko product?
Simply wipe with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, dishwashers, or hot water above 60°C (140°F) as PLA can soften at high temperatures.
Can PLA withstand heat?
PLA begins to soften around 60°C (140°F). Keep products away from direct heat sources like radiators, stoves, or hot car interiors. Normal room temperatures are perfectly fine.
Orders & Customisation
Can I customise a product?
Yes! We offer custom colours, sizes, and even fully bespoke designs. Visit our Custom Orders page or email us at hello@cubiko3dprints.com with your requirements.
What is the minimum order for custom products?
For custom colour or size variations, there’s no minimum. For fully custom designs, the minimum order is 5 units to cover design and prototyping costs.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders typically take 7-14 business days depending on complexity. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, production may have already begun. Contact us immediately if you need changes.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within India. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. International shipping takes 10-15 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping fee of ₹79.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India and to select countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order ID.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at hello@cubiko3dprints.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We’re sorry if that happens! Email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a free replacement immediately — no return needed.
3D Printing Technology
What 3D printing technology do you use?
We use FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology with premium PLA filament. This produces strong, detailed products with the signature layered aesthetic our customers love.
Is 3D printing sustainable?
Yes! PLA is biodegradable and made from renewable resources. Our production process generates minimal waste compared to traditional manufacturing, and we recycle failed prints into new filament.
Why choose 3D-printed products over traditionally made ones?
3D printing allows for unique geometric designs impossible with traditional manufacturing, zero-waste production, rapid customisation, and small-batch sustainability. Each piece is made to order, reducing overproduction.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Absolutely! We can add your logo, use your brand colours, and create custom designs that align with your brand identity. Lead time is 2-3 weeks for branded orders.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), net banking, Razorpay, PayPal, and EMI options on select banks.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We use Razorpay as our payment gateway, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security.
Do you offer EMI options?
Yes, EMI is available on orders above ₹3,000 for select credit cards through Razorpay. Options are displayed at checkout.
